Croissant Wholesale — Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to the private Croissant Wholesale Shopify store. By placing an order, you (“Wholesale Buyer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern all purchases from Croissant Pay, Inc. (“Croissant”). 

1. Minimum Order Requirement for Resellers 

All tax-exempt wholesale orders must include a minimum of 10 items. Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be processed. Resellers must request a Resale Account here to receive bulk pricing, tax-exempt checkout, advance notification of new inventory drops, and other benefits. 

2. Shipping & Insurance 

Shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the Buyer and must be purchased at checkout. 
Croissant carefully packs all orders but is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay during transit. Purchasing additional shipping insurance is strongly recommended. 
Orders may ship from multiple warehouses and may arrive in separate packages. Although every effort is made by our warehouse staff to ship orders as soon as possible, bulk orders may take up to 7 to 14 business days to fulfill. 

3. Pricing & Final Sale Policy 

All prices are determined by Croissant and are non-negotiable. 
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. 
For verified resellers buying in bulk, sales tax is not collected by Croissant. Resale Buyers are solely responsible for any applicable resale tax collection and compliance with all tax laws. 

4. Product Condition & Buyer Responsibility 

Products are offered in various conditions, including: 

Minor imperfections (e.g., small marks, loose threads) may be present. While Croissant inspects each item, Buyers must carefully review all product photos and descriptions before purchase and assume all risk and liability for their purchases. 
Please note that colors and appearances may vary slightly due to lighting and display settings.
